Now that the site is up and the after construction and fixing is going on, Hwang will need a little time to get the next projects under way. He did one thing absolutely necessary and we saw that yesterday. Ricci is a very talented individual and Hwang trusts him. Look for further defections to SV in the very near future. Once the staffing is done and settled along with equiping the office further construction for TSIG.com can commence. The first high priority is the TSIG.com site. Identifying the following priorities orders are up to the company. Naturally they will not be in the correct order for some. I just want them to be allowed to progress in the most rapid and timely order as possible. My guess is the Spanish site will be primarily translation. There are some cultural changes to make, I assume. There will also need to be a much greater selection of ethnic interests. That could mean a requirement of finding an additional supplier.
