But what about the convertibles notes mentioned in the IRTG release? Something to be concerned about or not....many of us may not invest until we find out,

and also if the $2 million in stock is restricted.

Let us know if you find out....I have a call into Wrobel, the CEO.

Otherwise I like the deal.
