According to the two companies' joint marketing agreements, Softlink will distribute trial versions of VoiceLink with Cyber Acoustics' headsets and speakers through wholesale distributor Ingram Micro and to approximately 3,000 retail outlets across the country. This retail distribution channel includes some of the best-known stores in the country. Among them are Circuit City, Office Depot, OfficeMax, MicroCenter, Fry's Electronics, Babbage's, and Fred Meyers.

Softlink, Inc. Announces Joint Marketing Agreement With Cyber Acoustics to Include VoiceLink With New Midwest Micro Computers
SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 1999--Softlink, Inc. (OTC BB:SFLK) announces a joint marketing agreement with computer audio manufacturer Cyber Acoustics to supply Email VoiceLink to computer system distributor Midwest Micro.
According to the terms of the agreement, Softlink will provide Midwest Micro with trial CDs of its Email VoiceLink software. Softlink's CDs will be shipped with an initial run of 25,000 Midwest Micro computers. The jacket of each CD will also feature an offer to purchase one of two Cyber Acoustics microphones.
