Alien, writeoffs could be bigger than you say because of the writeoffs that the companies NETA acquired may also be challenged by the SEC. I don't think this effect was taken into account by Larson in his "two or three cent per quarter" estimate. In any case I think we are very close to an end to this SEC thing and when it is over the market should give us a RELIEF rally
