Announcement yet to come Raj,,,expect the news is not far off,,,weeks or days not months. I conclude this from the tone of the cc and the need to be timely. See the cc at VCall,,, NVDC has their investment Banker Van Kasper & Company studying the feasibility of an IPO. Expect such an announcement of intention to file an IPO for USWheels,,,said they are AGGRESSIVELY studying the problem. This will be BIG news for NVDC to announce in that it is more evidence (42% Annual Revinew growth) showing this company expects RAPID GROWTH and is pursuing such a Business strategy. Guido
