Farokh, I tend to suspect that some people were accumulating INSP in anticipation of the announcement of a 2-1. I remember a few days ago ABOV drops to 80 on no news, and Oppenheimer was particularly aggressive in trying to keep the price low while it accumulated. A day later the news came out.

I did buy ABOV yesterday at the open, still holding but probably will take some profit today as the long weekend is approaching.
