(David?) Saks is the analyst at Gruntal (?) -- lots of question marks! He is well-respected with good reason, in my opinion, though he has tried to fine-tune his model too much, resulting in frequent flip-flops between "strong buy" and "buy", which, in turn, is probably the reason no one is paying any attention to him today. I think he was turned down both at Zacks and at Goldman Sachs before finding his current gig.

Hey, Don. No we are not. I simply posted message re. upgrade by analyst David Saks of Gruntal. Your post was, at that time, the most recent on the thread rather than a post-specific reply. Oops, just saw Bruce's response. BTW, Saks has been a bull on SEPR since it was in the high teens (read 18-19, not 118-119) and was the reason I got into the stock (at somewhat higher levels).
