Al, SEC (and IRS) are really concerned with "pooling";

an issue that has been ongoing for a long, long time.

Regarding the WSJ article and its timing (last day for

Window Dressing), I wouldn't give it much thought,

'specially when the authors see AOL as merely a "gateway

to the Internet"...good luck...//dom

last day of the QTR, would have AOL at 160
the accounting news slowed it down by at
least 5 points and may result in a DOWN DAY
tommorow unless MORE POSITIVE NEWS
oveshadows it.

Still 170ish by earnings date.
