If the dividing badge were not religion, it would be race. If not race, then it would be politics. If not politics, then it would be class. If not class it would be body size, height, fatness, hair colour. If not these it would be intelligence. If not this it would be athletic ability, physical strength, etc., etc. if not this then it would be that. I f not that, it would be the other. The thing is endless. It is entirely irrational to try pinning the horrors of humanity upon religion. Religion is not the problem, not even close. Human nature is the problem. Most religions call humans to live above their baser instincts.
