The GARD press release is blatantly fraudulent. They refer to barringtonreport.com as an "independent analysis". Of course, it is anything but independent; they were paid in GARD stock to promote the stock. This is from the "disclaimer": GS Telecom: NewTrends Holdings Inc.(N.H.I.) has been retained as a Investor Relations consultant to GS-Telecom Ltd., for one quarter, which provides for the immediate payment of 50,000 shares. (Commencing 03/15/1999) Its services include the electronic dissemination of information concerning the profiled company. N.H.I. will receive an additional 25,000 shares per quarter year. N.H.I. will receive a bonus of 25,000 shares in the month of March, 1999. N.H.I. did not receive any other compensation, of any kind, for its services. N.H.I. is not a registered investment advisor or a broker dealer. N.T.H. has been advised that the investments herein are considered to be high risk and use of the information provided is at the investors sole risk.
