Let me see if I can track down something from a reputable source, since I saw this while first surfing in the early morning,and it is a blur. I'll get back to you if I find anything...I myself have given specific criticisms, and quoted a couple of retired military men to buttress my point, and nuke 44, Les, and others have been pretty specific too... I'll search now...

I haven't found what I want on a desultory search, and some pages on some sites have changes already, so I don't feel confident I will. If I come upon something in the longer run, I will post it.
