Tim, we knew...you knew the answers to your question when you asked me in your post today. The SEC form you are referring to is the 10-K405 isn't it?

Tim and thread. RE: Tim's earlier post about the Bell Atlantic letter in regards to patents. Aware's CEO Tzannes commented about this in the 4th qtr. CC a bit after 27:00 into the call, their legal people dismissed it as non-applicable to Aware's technology.

Also Tim may want to check into the age of Charles Stewart and if he hasn't retired or chose to leave for personal reasons. Doubt that that is a big secret or a mystery.
