Probably the real smart buying...will be anxious to see what happens tomorrow..unfortunately I'll be at Disney World really getting ripped off...so I'll be out of touch for the rest of the week..if she goes much lower, I'm sure she will be negating the food division as well, since I believe it's worth about as much as the stock now!! Amazing

My summary on the M Stanley conference on MO and tobacco litigation:
-The analyst justified his downgrading on the uncertainty of quantifying the value of individual claims hanging on the industry
and the negative trend against the industry being taken by jurors;
- The product liability attorney seemed cautiously optimistic. He mentioned that the Oregon jury overlook the rule of law (negligent
misrepresentation), saw this case as a criminal rather than civil case, took an emotional stand and attempted to "send a message" to the industry with their decision. He mentioned that the probability of
change on appeal in favor of MO is highly substantial.
- As far as a time schedule, judge ruling on Henley should come in 3
weeks and Williams in 1-2months.
