The most pathetic thing about this whole law suit deal is the fact that 2 public corporations would decide millions of dollars of expenditures with a verbal agreement. Whatever happens, wether WSP wins or ABZ wins, this is a terrible way to conduct business and I won't feel sorry for either. IN regards to the failed take over bid. I wonder if WSP management is that greedy if they are really going to look after the interests of the shareholder. They will not get my 35K votes on share restructuring unless they give us some options in "NEWCO" along with my shares. This would be fair in my opinion.
