No truth to the P III Genentech rumor. Seems like XOMA is making history. After P II completed they are doing continuation of P I to determine proper dose. Does this sound strange to you?

BTW perhaps Bayer does have an interest in a partnership with XOMA. But Bayers mention of protein therapeutics still covers a lot of ground and everyone in any biotech with any involvement in proteins thinks their's is the one Bayer is after.
