Qiang Lin,

Before the big bomb that the hairball dropped on us (the poor, defenseless, not privy to insider information, shareholders) I called the company and was told by a very nice recording that an announcement would be issued on 3/31/99. Then the pre-announcment came out, so this may be cancelled.

I think they should have done the preannouncement on 3/15/99, it would have been a lot more fitting.
