Stratfor reported a few days ago that Iraq and Yugoslavia had cooperated on air defense information. They were generally poo-pood. But they were quickly confirmed right. Now they have a new report on Russia helping upgrade Iraqui air defense to make this a serious two-front air war. ntelligence officials now admit that Serb and Iraqi defense officials have met and collaborated in recent months on anti- aircraft operations.
