Upgrade to IE 5.0. It is much faster. From a former Netscape 4.5 user.

Run Netscape Navigator 3 or 4, learner, speedier. Go to netscape's website for latest downloads, Navigator 4 , check about email options before going with this. Nav. 3 will not work with Etrade site.
