MSFT's stock and the market looks tired to me.

I am starting to think we may get an opportunistic pull back in the near future.

I am the biggest MSFT Bull out there, but MSFT will not hit 100 this week. I would change focus and start thinking about the next entry point one might jump on to pick up more shares or buy into some Call options.

Watching MSFT is like watching my GE shares. Looks like the weight of all those shares outstanding is starting to slow down the swings of the stock in both directions.

I wonder if this will change as the trading volume trends down some??

FYI, trading LEAPs is like trading any other option, you need to wait for the right point in the charts to buy in, and this is a tough time to make a "sound" judgement on MSFT in either direction. Be careful.

Fight the good, American fight.

So are you suggesting that any company that files an antitrust suit or urges the DOJ to file such a suit against another American company is somehow unamerican?

blankmind, I appreciate your comments on msft but would it be too much to ask for you to take the political commentary elsewhere? I can assure you that there is not much partisanship on this msft issue... I know many republicans from the bay area that want to see msft completely destroyed because they see msft as sort of corporate criminal. Also huge numbers of women have left the republicans for their rigid social stance. How much do you want to bet theres a ton of women that work at msft that don't vote republican? It has nothing to do with the DOJ. There are about 10 political threads here on SI so its not like no one wants to talk about that.

>>When slick Willie and the dastardly Democrats can persecute the strongest of us;<<

MSFT has a good number of left-leaning collectivist types. This msft=america argument doesn't wash with me.
