Josef, why don't you submit to Tegreene my comment on that patent and find out what the quality of their IP team really is. I surely cannot go and study their whole portofolio of IP (for free), I looked at two sets of claims and I smell a clock punching large legal firm behind it (I have dealt with few of these, now I work almost exclusively with a small outfit of with first grade excellent guys, as a matter of fact, before I posted my conclusions, I described it to my patent lawyer that inoperative claim and to the extent he could, he concurred).

As to the technology, I have no doubt it works but I cannot assure you that it has an IP picket fence without examining all the patents. Since the two patents I looked at seems to be the generic patents, I have my doubts.

As for a company wanting to get into this business, it would cost $100 MM to buy MVIS right now, and with the quality of the patents I have seen, there is a good chance that someone else would decide it be cheaper to start from ground zero and not worry about those patents.

It is too bad, because I started to like this company, particularly the way they structured their last financial deal, but as I said, what I have seen so far does not instill great faith in their IP group.
