Meningococcemia accruals at 380. O.K. I know accruals don't drive the mortality number, but even so an overall mortality rate of 10% would mean 38. Or as some have speculated, almost nothing in the treatment arm and 20% in the placebo arm would also be 38. And yes, since 38 is pulled out of the air anything else is also possible.
