Your right NATO probably won't send in ground troops. Two options for Clinton:
1. Withdraw now and declare a feigned victory.
2. Ground Troops.
You'll start to hear Clinton step up his # of speeches and harp on about "humanitarian need", "genocide" and get the public all wound up first. If that starts happening this week then next week he'll change his tune and say "need to complete our mission", "parameters of the situation have changed" and finally that airstrikes are not going to be enough. Then he'll hit the public with ground troops ... then you'll see what the real opinion of NATO involvement is when the American public speak out against air strikes! Americans will tear him to shreads ... all his ghosts will come out of the closet again ; draft dodger, pot smoker, perjurer, adulterer, liar... and his political career will finally be in ruins.
