I mean, given that the Serbs successfully used mass rapes of Muslim women as an instrument of ethnic cleansing in Bosnia, or so we were told, why aren't they being charged with employing the same tactics in Kosovo? IMO, this is because the Kosovo affair has been (well) orchestrated to distract the public opinion from Clinton's domestic problems. Talking about rape may accomplish just the opposite... PTB
