ASTN - Anyone watching this one. I came across it a while ago as a backdoor IPO possibility (Gomez brokerage ratings)but the stock never moved, until recently. It closed at 2 as recently as Friday, 3/19; at 2 1/4 on 3/22; 2 3/4 on 3/25; 3 1/4 yesterday and hit 4 a few minutes ago. Volume surged on 3/25, backed off, was up yesterday and is very strong today. On 3/25 the company announced that "the Securities and Exchange Commission has granted approval to the Philadelphia Stock Exchange to operate the volume weighted average price(VWAP) trading system. The VTS is fully automated electronic trading system featuring a unique order matching algorithm..." Float is 9 mil. I do not think it is a great long term hold, but it could run from here. StockHawk
