This is also from the press release. " The judge has ruled that the recent merger of AOL and Netscape and the AOL-Sun alliance has significantly changed the competitive landscape in the Internet and computing business. He wants evidence on what impact the merger and alliance will have on Microsoft's alleged attempts to monopolize those markets." The sentiment is getting more favorable for MSFT as time goes by. By the time we get to May, everybody will realize that MSFT has the right to compete with AOL/NSCP/SUN in the internet and e-commerce world without government interference. After all, AOL/NSCP/SUN has already declared war with MSFT.
