The line on the balance sheet is, "Accrued expenses and other liabilities." This item doubled over last year's (1997) number!

The anual report doesn't seem to address it.

Have not done that detailed DD on appb....have seen both at vectorvest and S$P report that they are very UNDERvalued.....supposedly worth in the mid 40's.......don't believe that, however.

Just stick with the blue chips until things change.....IMHO
