USEG: is the Idea. There has been some research posted on the name in the last week or so that pretty well explains the Fundamentals in detail. I have done a lot of work on the name and I can tell you that the facts presented in this report are accurate.

time.http://www.rjfalkner.com/navigate.cfm?nav=profiles/profile.c...

Summary:

USEG is a Uranium Mine and Processor of Natural Uranium.

USEG Owns the last 2 uranium mills built in the US.

USEG is in litigation with a Subsidiary of RWE (one of the largest Utilities in the world). NuKem is the Subs name.

USEG has won in State court, Federal Court and Federal and State Appeals court.

USEG has won their case and the expected proceeds from the judgement could exceed $150 million. This number was mentioned by the plaintiff in open court but otherwise the numbers are under seal. This is a real number and it isn't inflated in any way.

USEG has begun attaching the Assets of NUKEM and impressing them in a constructive trust which they are entitled to recieve 1/2 of the proceeds.

USEG has just gotten a water discharge permit which will allow them to start milling stockpiled U3O8 and thus generate some significant revenues.

Uranium is at a 15-20 year low.

The US has just entered an agreement with the Russian government to purchase their HEU (highly enriched Uranium) and Stock pile it for 10 years.

Fear of Russia's dumping this HEU on the market in order to meet hard currency needs is what drove the price of Uranium through the floor because everyone feared a glut.

Now with the supply off the market I think there will be a classic supply squeeze.

I think that combined with the possible legal verdict of over $150 million plus the major turn in the perceived future of U3O8 this stock could rise 3-10 fold in a very short term. If you wish to do a little work your self, bring up a long term chart on this stock and look at what happened to it last time Uranium Spiked.

A recent report by Dick Davis supposedly out today or yesterday gives a similar view.

Is mr. Pink gone for good??

I doubt it. I think he needed a few weeks off. He'll be back.
