Little,

I know you were familiar with MTEI. As you well know, they halted the stock before the subpoenas were issued.

And are you insinuating that Jane knows the inside scoop? Or do you know the inside scoop about DGIV?

" if there is any hope of most people recovering their initial investment."

My average is pretty high, and -sadfully- I can prove it. I can also prove that I have not traded DGIV shares.

I did panic buying all by myself with a little help of some 11,000 posts from three individuals who do not post here anymore. Coincidentally, there are other people here in the same situation as I. As far as I know you are not one of them.

I don't need YOU to defend my interests. I don't need you to explain that the Co. needs substantance (among other things) to be able to generate a share price appreciation.

I think you are just loitering around the DGIV thread posting your junk and hoping that DGIV is scam so that you can say "I told you so"..... You had all the necessary time and resources. Instead you have changed the roles around and we have to prove to you that it is not a scam.

Finally, as I re-read your post I get this image of unscrupulose lawyers leaving their business cards among hurt and blodied individuals lying around after a car accident. The imagery refers to my opinion on your attitude and not on my perception of the situation of the Co.
