Sorry, if I alarmed anyone. Just very busy today and need to keep away from the board to get some tax work done. I was told that ALTS will either release 10-Q today or will post a release about a filing extension. It makes sense that they would have to do one or the other anyway being it the last day of the quarter. No biggie, although I'm am feeling very confident that some kind of deal is in the works with a biz partner/merge. Pure speculation on my part. It too would make sense at this juncture -- the company needs some cash to sustain itself and then all else should, more or less, fall into place. -JH
