That's why there is an FDA approval process, and followup after each and every product is approved. If medical issues arise, products don't make it out, labels are changed, or they are recalled. I'm not sure what you are asking beyond this. If I posted a story on the Internet providing evidence the world is flat, would the fact that it is published make it true, just because my web page got many hits? I think not; rather, it's a matter of scientific method, where data is brought under scrutiny. The words "hoax" and "fabrication" exist for a reason. You said: But has it ever been a medical issue as this thread seemed to be inferring? Or are all these anecdotes unfounded?
