I think this person has been debunked. Problem with Yahoo is they allow duplicate log on names. I personally hope someone gets sued over stuff like this -- to make an example.

Aside from Yahoo rumor, $22.50 per share is certinly doable with a previous target suggested of $30, by Alex Brown. $22.50 is not crazy.

I know engineers at all sorts of companies but MCI would be the closest one to comment. Chances are, if I have time, I'll poke my nose into it sometime this week.

Certainly makes sense, look at the map of their backbone.
