Dear Dick, I can see how they can raise 156,000 by issuing 12,000 units at $13/unit, where do the other $1,834,000 come from?

On the positive side, they must believe that all what will be needed is 156,000 bucks in th bank to launch FunPhone. Of course, that looks a little puny, but once we see the other deep pocket (like that Physics fund) participating with this, I can easily see them raising the other $1,834,000 from access rights to their subscriber base, which they will sell to the first 100 "major" companies wanting to access the new group of sophisticated funphone users. No problem. Furthermore, I was a little worried that the financing would involve some floorless preferred, but if what you report is indeed what will transpire, I see no trace of a lousy floorless in these instruments.

Dick, would you do me a favor and keep us informed as to the exact details of how we may participate in the private placement? Maybe you should ask the Mr. Bruce if perhaps we could reserve shares here on SI? That would be fun. Then the underwriters could contact us by e-mail and send us all the proper forms to fill out. Maybe that would be a first!

- Jeff

Is there a perfectus available for this issue?
It sounds interesting, but it's the numbers that count [pun not intension].

Something on an Adoobiephile would be great. [edit] - never mind, i came up to it on the thread. thanks.
