I am expecting GREAT NEWS tomorrow for ZSUN and a SHORT SQUEEZE!!

Shorts have taken an interest in ZSUN and it's not a big problem as long as they don't attempt to manipulate the stock and defraud shareholders by posting lies, innuendoes and misrepresentations.

Every post that has a libelous flavor is immediately forwarded to my attorney for evaluation, with copy to John Stark at enforcement@sec.gov.

Since Sellfirst is dumb enough not to have heeded the fair warning he was given, I guess he'll have to suffer the consequences. His last post and the previous one have already been forwarded to the lawyer and to SEC. In a defamation suit, if he is unable to prove his statement to the effect that ZSUN is really a scam, then he is in really big trouble. If he had any brains, he would be already getting advice from his attorney. Anyone who feel they have lost money, as a result of his actions: manipulating ZSUN stock by issuing false statements, may be able to join the suit for damages.

In short, he stands the chance to be ruined, because I know for a fact that it is impossible to prove that ZSUN is a scam. On the contrary, it is a real company, with honest and dedicated management and the necessary funds to carry out its innovative plans.

To all long in ZSUN, I encourage you to come and post your thoughts on the company and counterbalance the negative posts from the shorts.

I also invite you to ensure that YOUR SHARES ARE KEPT IN A CASH ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF A MARGIN ACCOUNT, so the shorts won't be able to borrow them.

The other way, is to call your certificates for part or all of your stocks, so you can be sure that no one will borrow them.

Regards, F. Goelo + + +

Official complaint to SEC on stock manipulation for personal gain...

Mr J. Stark, c/o enforcement@sec.gov

As a shareholder in ZSUN, I wish to lodge a formal complaint against a shortseller posting on Silicon Investor, on the ZSUN thread, under the alias Sellfirst. Please, carry out a thorough investigation at the earliest, so that the damage he has caused by posting lies on this Company does not get out of hand, resulting in losses for the Company and its shareholders.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Sincerely,

F. Goelo

Sellfirst, see my warning in post #104. By posting this you have...

just broken the Law and I am sending a copy of your post to John Stark at the SEC for attempting to manipulate share prices and defraud shareholders in ZSUN by posting lies on a public thread.

You know very well that you are unable to prove that ZSUN is a scam in a Court of Law, simply because it's not a scam. One more mistake and I hope for your sake that you have deep pockets, as lawyers are very expensive these days.

Regards, F. Goelo + + +

cc: enforcement@sec.gov. Attention: J. Stark

===================================================================================

In spite of being warned, SellFirst persists in posting libelous material about ZSUN and clearly shows complete disregard concerning the Authority of the SEC to regulate this type of nefarious activity.

Good, my opinion still stands that ZSUN is a scam.

Mr Stark, c/o enforcement@sec.gov

This is complementary information concerning our two recent complaints against SellFirst. He has given us proof that he has actually gained financially by issuing false and libelous statements agaisnt ZSUN and we respectfully request immediate action.

Sincerely,
F. Goelo
