TST/Impreso is currently in discussions with investment bankers to determine an appropriate valuation for the Company's HotSheet.com Internet website hotsheet.com , which is currently being accessed over 1.4 million times per month. HotSheet.com allows Internet users to quickly access popular websites, without having to deal with the lengthy number of link pages often associated with portals and search engine sites. HotSheet.com also includes an online paper store which features TST/Impreso's various product lines. TST/Impreso, Inc. has resumed negotiations with a major Asian paper company regarding a potential equity investment in the Company by the Asian organization. Previous negotiations were terminated last June due to economic turmoil in Asia. The improved earnings trend which was reported in the Company's first fiscal quarter continued during the month of December. Sales increased 33% to $4.9 million in December 1998, compared with net sales of $3.7 million in December 1997. The Company earned approximately $199,000, or $0.04 per share, in the month of December 1998, versus a net loss of approximately $457,000, or ($0.09) per share, in the prior-year month. TST/Impreso, Inc. previously reported net income of $136,700, or $0.03 per share, on net sales of $14.3 million, for the quarter ended November 30, 1998. This compared with a net loss of $182,251, or ($0.03) per share, and net sales of $7.8 million, in the quarter ended November 30, 1997. The Company is introducing a new product line which will is designed for IBM InfoPrint high-volume printers, which are used by Fortune 1000 corporations at locations throughout the U.S. TST/Impreso management estimates that IBM InfoPrint facilities consume paper rolls valued at approximately $400 million annually.
