It is called freedom of speech. If I feel something ,I can state it. If I wish to express my opinion, I will. You say it is illegal to speak our opinions, I know for a fact it is illegal to manipulate a stock price. Not that this is, but it could be. Good luck in your court case. You will need it. I didn't state any factual lie,so go for it.Example, I didn't state any press releases were bogus or anything about them was a scam, I feel if you buy the stock at $25 or $35 then you are being scammed out of your money.
