woody, I beg to differ on part of your post because I, among others have been subpoenaed by the SEC. Maybe it isnt DGIV being investigated per se, but it sure feels like they are in there somewhere. You are right...the SEC does not disclose the status of ongoing investigations. I tried to find out myself. Jane at the beach

Woody, I agree with what you say. All this talk of "who knows what" is the way rumors get started. This is the kind of junk talk that causes stocks to go up and down. Hype isn't the only thing that can move a stock. Rumors, rumors, rumors. This business of "I know something that you don't know" belongs in grade school. Aren't we all trying to make a buck here? If someone has some facts, then lay them out on the table so we can make our own decisions. Knock off all the BS. If you want war, join the army or maybe I should say WACS.
