Unfortunately for the net companies is it doesn't take a lot of capital or labor to build a rail line right next to you. People tend to forget that the net is like having a bunch of salespeople bidding for your business in your face. One can keep coming back for a better price and with profitability not a factor you will have more and more companies coming in undercutting at a loss of promises of insider stock riches.
