This once was the stock to give to ones's grandchildren. Now a myth!! Why is The Street down on DIS?

I would sure like some sort of answer on this as well. I hang on to my DIS because it seems like "tradition" but it has been dead money for quite some time now. Would like to hear other views on this.

The way it has been stagnate, I could easily sell now, let the money work in another stock (like GNET), come back later and re-enter at the same position.

Other opinions??

Disney at this market cap must be a nice target for AOL with their huge market cap. If the share price continues to flounder they will be a prime target.
