NATO has destroyed any credibility it may have held and with it goes the US/British/Canadian pulpit in the eyes of the world. "Free" western world press is exposed with its incorrect, propaganda from the NATO/US offices. Milosevic must've read the Art of War because he anticipated every move so far and NATO played right into the game plan - "ethnic cleansing" relative - cleansing the nation by forcing them out of the country not gassing nor butchering the "millions". We are commencing on a new phase of battle that was not anticipated by Clinton - what will happen when the Soviets get their battle ships into the Agean? You can be sure that within 3 months a nuke will fly; either terrorist retribution or "stalemate/checkmate" line drawn and crossed. That is the Art of War.
