MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 1999--The Henley Group, Inc. (OTC BB:HNLY) announced today that the Board of Directors has approved the change of the corporation's name subject to requisite approval of the shareholders of The Henley Group, Inc.
Henley will change its name to CIS.com Inc. (Creative Internet Solutions) which reflects the present direction and business of the company. Its subsidiaries include Magra Computer Technologies a system integration specialist, NuTech Alliance Group, Inc. a corporation that concentrates on e-commerce and internet solutions through its subsidiaries Imagineering Scientific & Technical Artwork, Inc. and NuTech Medical.com.
As previously announced Imagineering web site (www.imagineeringart.com) became operational on March 22, 1999. Brand name recognition is one of the most important steps in the evolution of the company. The process of developing and fostering a recognizable and desirable site along with more traditional product marketing activities will be an area of concentration.
It is anticipated that using virtual reality, the medical profession will be able to affect procedures directly on the web site and perform various operations and diagnostics using this method.

Imagineering Scientific and Technical Artwork, Inc. is one of North Americas premier digital graphics art studios, and has positioned itself to become the industries leading supplier of medical, scientific and technical artworks to the publishing, pharmaceutical and healthcare marketplace. Their art staff includes medical illustrators, scientific illustrators and graphic artists all of whom are trained in the creation of dynamic artworks using cutting edge digital tools instead of the more traditional pen and ink style.
Making extensive use of 3-D modeling tools and technologies has enabled Imagineering to extend its reach into the area of animation. The internal systems of the human body include some of the most complex processes and ideas imaginable.
