This is pure pump and dump. GARD hasnt' developed anything, they claim to have a marketing relationship to market this new card.

What kind of sales force do you think they have? I sure they have hundreds of salesmen in the field beating the bushes selling this new product.

As with all good pump and dumps, they pre-announce their prospectus that will be released friday, giving insiders time to sell they stock at inflated prices to an unwitting public.

How is this legal? In my opinion, it shouldn't be.
