Do you think these boys realize that the markets are closed Friday, the day of their prospectus is to be published? Hmmmnn..

More announcements? So, they don't have any products according to their own filings. But yea, sure, I'm willing to pay $8 share for this stuff, sure, they must be smart guys.

This is really better than I thought. Here are some quotes from GARD's most recent 10-K:

"The company owns no real property"
"The company does not have any formal offices at year end"
"the company acquired GS Telecom Limited" an Isle of Man company which sells computerized energy saving heating controls in Great Britain.

"Effective June 30, 1998, as a result of the dismissal of all employees of the subsidiaries, the Company has no employees"

"The company at year end was totally illiquid and needed cash infusions from shareholders to provide capital, or loans from any sources"

How about this: "Status of Products: None; Competition, None; Raw Material, None; Customer Dependence; None; Patents, Trademarks, and Licenses, None"

"The company spent $0 on research and development activities during the fiscal years ended June 30, 1997 and 1998"

Shall we delve into the convertible debt, which the company can call if the stock price reaches $8?

So we have an energy controls company, doing substantually no business that has decided to develop a "proprietary and licensed telecommunication and e-commerce network"

Wait a minute, I thought they were going to lead the way with smart cards? That's not what the 10-K says.

Two CEO resignations in October 1998 alone.

Ah, yes, just the type of company I want to put my hard earned dollars into.

See you in the pennies.
