Does anyone know what effect all these lawsuits are having on CPQ??? I have lost count of how many there are, but it must be coming to an ugly conclusion soon. Any info welcome

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 1999--Donovan Miller, LLC announces that a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas on behalf of purchasers of the common stock of Compaq Computer Corp. (''CPQ'')(NYSE:CPQ - news) between Jan. 27, 1999 through Feb. 25, 1999 (the ''Class Period'').

Tony, just what has been reported here on this thread by people who are trying to place orders for PIII's. They have reported a two + week backlog vs. when I bought a v350 for sister-in-law for christmas on 12/16/98 and it was built and shipped 25 hours later.
