The Kmart 63 volume does not yet exist.

Remember - the die size is 44% LARGER than the Kmart 62's so from the get-go, the number of die/wafer is significantly REDUCED.

Further, AMD had to REVERT to a JACKED-UP voltage - 2.4 volts - just to get Kmart 63's out the door - both 400 and the even more unavailable 450 MHz Kmart 63.

The 450 MHz Kmart 62 also is just a jacked-up-voltage 400 MHz part, running at 2.4 volts.

Basically, AMD has their t*t in a ringer in their attempt to remain competitive with Intel.
