Youngang, actually IBM is a better example. Their consumer PC line is LOSING money. Both Cpq and IBM are trying to save a few bucks in the consumer space by going with AMD chips....not much value-add.

If you look at when CPQ started using AMD chips in their PC line (mid 1997 i believe) their stock has done nothing!!! Lower PC ASPs and they're foolish purchase of DEC has made CPQ dead money for some time now. I think Pfeffer hates Intel as much as Sanders and the results (stock appreciation) show it.
