Michael: < HNV > Something I have wondered about HNV for sometime, Everyone keeps talking about Basel Buying up shares. As I posted this AM. , I am not sure Basel is buying anymore. I was at work and did not have all my Links, which I do have now that I am home. Look at this: Yahoo shows that Basel, or anyone, have NOT bought shares since Nov 98. biz.yahoo.com Another source: Shows that Basel has not Bought since Nov. 98 and has SOLD small amounts in Feb 99 insidertrader.com On top of the Basel effect, not being in effect anymore... Shrs Out: 210.7 mm Float: 37.9 mm It would take some VERY VERY Large News to move that float!! Book: $0.29 !!!!!! Profit Margin (ttm) -4.7%!!! The ONLY good information I see, is that the insiders own apx. 82% of the company. BUT, I Wonder how many were stock options at a very low price? I keep saying the float is to large to move much, no one listens... I told everyone that being Interviewed by CNBC is the Kiss of Death, and what happened afterwards? The stock dropped, as I said it would. With all this said, and the way my luck runs sometimes, it will probably go to $9 now. : ) But I would not bet on it anytime soon. Seems to me, all that's going on, is some of you are helping to Hold Up the price so others can Sell. Think about it.... If the TA says $9, the TA says $9.... So far it has been 100% wrong in price and time frame. YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT MORE THEN JUST TA!! Like I said above, now it will probably go to $9 just to prove me wrong. lol Not trying to start a flame war or anything, just showing the other side of a dirty coin. Take a look at Short Selling MZON. Up 52% today. News out late yesterday is more hype then substance. Insiders are selling. The fundimentals are BAD. Profit takers alone will knock the price down, even more so with a 3 day weekend coming. Short sellers will add to the decline in share price. No Month long wait for a 4% gain, or loss... It would be "Great" to see the TA on the stock, but regardless of what it would say, the stock is going DOWN.IMO Hope I have not gotton anyone mad, it was Not my intent. Instock
