GARD appears to be an empty shell. In the quarter ending December 31, 1998 they had no cash, no revenue, no products, no employees....they do have some debt, though.

There were 16,828,414 shares outstanding on Dec. 31. However, the company has agreed to issue 50 million (!!!) additional shares as part of its planned aquisition of Masstech, Inc.

So the current market value of GARD is about $500 million. Pretty nice, eh?
