I will now dovetail my rants back to the stated topic:

American troops have been stationed in Europe since our invasion of Sicily in 1943. These troops have been an essential part of the protection of Europe's free markets, the same markets to which our beloved Intel is selling Pentiums aplenty. The stability of the entire region (and its markets) are undermined by the FRY's genocidal tendencies.

It is in everyone's interests to (try to) ensure that some MURDEROUS B*STARD is not wiping out entire nations. It seems to me that we should not sacrifice hundreds of thousands or millions of people to make some point about Europe's self-defense capabilities.

This policy has already resulted in genocide in Bosnia!

I'm sorry (again) to the thread for my (not entirely) off-topic rant. I feel strongly about this.
