With referance to your downgrade....... I am not an expert but a lawsuit has been filed against your company. IT may be considered to be a mere claim of $200 Million, and you could afford it, but if Weatherford losses this case may be it will have implications for the share price? Small lawsuits filed in little towns against big companies have resulted in some big sell off's on Wall St.
