If Beta_Dog had actually bothered to read my post where I first discovered IPC's holdings in ASMC, he would have noticed that said that I was unsure if the IPC preference shares were affected by the reverse split. Now, since the 10KSB has been filed, that issue is now resolved. Beta_Dog, if you, or your "investment club" or whoever "we" might be (could you/we by Steve Saide? Could you/we be Randy Slifka? Could you/we be some other Perennial Capital employee? Who knows) read my post 1/10 as carefully as you claimed to have, you would see that I was very careful to point out both the minimum and maximum dilutive situations resulting from IPC's preference shares. As for April G, SHE IS A PAID PROMOTER! Therefore, she should, as per SEC Regulations, disclose that fact. Let's leave Grandma out of ASMC and keep her in some high-quality corporate bonds.
